Regular service visits are booked on weekdays; group and strata bookings run on Saturdays. We ask for at least ten business days' notice to book.
Every appliance is checked for safe operation. Please turn the main burner off before your appointment so we can service it.
Rates below cover cleaning and inspection; if repairs are required they're billed at the standard service rate. Prices may vary by area. Parts and applicable taxes are extra. Group & strata bookings cover cleaning and inspection only — if a fireplace needs repair, please book a separate full service. Cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice; cancelling inside 48 hours or missing an appointment is subject to a $50 fee.

We accept a range of payment methods, and group bookings can be billed directly to the strata or to residents. Pay by cash, e-Transfer or cheque and save 4% (does not apply to group rates).
